2013 Swim Team

Technique Group: This group contains athletes that can perform all four strokes correctly. This group can swim the length of the pool without stopping. This group participates in USA swim meets and YMCA swim meets. This group practices 2 times a week. Goal: To improve on stroke technique, flip turns and starts.

Junior 1: This group contains athletes that can perform all four strokes correctly.  This group participates in USA swim meets and YMCA swim meets. This group practices 3 times a week. Goal: To improve on stroke technique, flip turns, starts, finishes.

Junior 2: This group contains athletes that can perform all four strokes correctly. This group participates in USA swim meets and YMCA swim meets. This group practices 4 times a week. Goal: To improve on stroke technique, flip turns, starts, finishes.

Senior 1: This group contains athletes that can perform all four strokes correctly. This group participates in USA swim meets and YMCA swim meets. This group practices 5 times a week. Goal: To improve on stroke technique, flip turns and starts, finishes, lung capacity, stamina, diet.

Senior 2: This group contains athletes that can perform all four strokes correctly. This group participates in USA swim meets and YMCA swim meets. This group practices 5 times a week. Goal: To improve on stroke technique, flip turns and starts, finishes, lung capacity, stamina, diet.
